About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Operations to scale our company from startup to industry leader. The person in this role will be absolutely critical to the success of our company, building systems and processes that will enable us to serve thousands of practices.
This is a Full-Time, in-person role in SF with significant equity and ownership of operational excellence.

What we think you might do:
- Build and scale customer onboarding processes from 10 to 1,000+ practices
- Design HIPAA-compliant operational workflows that never compromise patient data
- Create quality assurance systems that ensure 99.9% uptime and accuracy
- Develop customer success programs that drive practice growth and retention
- Build and manage partnerships with EMR providers, billing companies, and healthcare vendors

Whatever our customers need at any moment (which you'll help shape)
Please avoid this role if:
- You prefer established processes over building systems from scratch
- You want to manage operations without getting your hands dirty
- You are uncomfortable with healthcare compliance and regulations
- You're not passionate about improving mental healthcare access
Bonus points:
- Former COO or Head of Operations at a healthcare/SaaS company
- Deep experience with mental health or behavioral health industry
- Experience scaling operations through hypergrowth (10x+ growth)
- Personal experience with therapy or working closely with therapists
