Welcome to Sonic AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Sonic AI, LLC. ("Sonic AI," "we," or "us").

BY CLICKING "I AGREE" OR BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL OF THE TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Sonic AI. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Sonic AI, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. Your access to and use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which can be found directly on our website or mobile application, and are incorporated herein by reference.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Terms will govern your use of the Services. We will try to notify you of material changes to these Terms, but you should look at the Terms regularly to check for such changes. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

4. SERVICES

Sonic AI provides AI-powered administrative assistance and practice management tools for mental health professionals. Our Services are designed to help healthcare providers streamline their operations and improve patient care through automated intake coordination, appointment scheduling, and other administrative functions.

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services; and (c) your registration and your use of the Services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

6. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access most features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name, email address, or other contact information. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account is no longer secure, then you must immediately notify us at support@trysonicai.com.

7. GENERAL PROHIBITIONS AND SONIC AI'S ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS

You agree not to do any of the following:

  • Use, display, mirror, or frame the Services or any individual element within the Services, Sonic AI's name, any Sonic AI trademark, logo, or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without Sonic AI's express written consent;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, know-how, or algorithms relevant to the Services or any software, documentation, or data related to the Services;
  • Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services (except to the extent expressly permitted by Sonic AI or authorized within the Services);
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
  • Remove or destroy any copyright notices or other proprietary markings contained on or in the Services;
  • Use the Services to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation;
  • Use the Services to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services or any related systems or networks.

8. HIPAA COMPLIANCE

For healthcare providers who use our Services in connection with protected health information (PHI), Sonic AI will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required under HIPAA. We maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PHI that we process on behalf of our covered entity customers.

9. PAYMENT TERMS

Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time. Sonic AI may add new services for additional fees and charges, modify fees and charges for existing services, or amend these Terms at any time in its sole discretion.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Services are owned and operated by Sonic AI. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, products, services, trademarks, and all other elements of the Services are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All materials contained in the Services are the property of Sonic AI or our licensors.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND INFORMATION

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources and advertisements for third parties. Such third-party links and advertisements are not under the control of Sonic AI, and we are not responsible for any third-party websites or resources. You provide your information to such third parties at your own risk.

12. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SONIC AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SONIC AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonic AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Services.

15. TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to and use of the Services at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. You may cancel your account at any time by sending an email to us at support@trysonicai.com. Upon any termination, discontinuation, or cancellation of the Services or your account, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive.

16. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Sonic AI and you regarding the Services. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Sonic AI's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void.
